Our Fee Policy

We believe in clear and transparent pricing, so you understand our costs before instructing us. In line with the SRA Transparency Rules, we provide clear information about our fees and, where applicable, indicative pricing for certain services.

Where possible, we agree a fixed fee before work begins. If a fixed fee is not practical, we charge based on an hourly rate and provide an estimate of the likely time and costs involved, keeping you informed throughout your matter.

How We Charge

• Fixed fees for defined pieces of work, such as many immigration applications, agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Hourly rates for litigation and other matters where the scope of work cannot be fixed in advance. Our current hourly rates are set out below and confirmed in your client care letter.
• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is currently charged at 20%.
• Any disbursements

(third-party costs such as court fees, Home Office fees, search fees or counsel’s fees) are separate from our fees and will be explained to you in advance wherever possible.

Immigration Legal Fees

The table below sets out our typical immigration fee ranges per applicant. Where you fall within a range depends on factors such as the complexity of your case, the urgency of your matter, and the experience level of the solicitor handling it. We’re happy to discuss discounted rates for family members applying together.

All fees below are shown exclusive of VAT, which we are required to charge at the current rate of 20% unless a disbursement falls outside the scope of VAT.
